Shipping Policies:

Expedited orders received after 10:00 AM Eastern Time may not ship until the next day. Please allow 2-3 additional days for larger orders. Expedited methods require a physical address. No P.O boxes. All shipment to APO, FPO and DPO addresses are sent via USPS. Due to military handling time and location, this process can take up to four weeks for delivery. Because we want to ship your order to you quickly, your order might ship in more than one package.

Tracking information will be sent upon shipment. Most orders are shipped the same or next business day. This email will contain shipment details including a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. To track the order, click on the provided tracking number.

Return Policies:

Customers will be responsible for shipping costs on any returns. Returns must be received 60 days from purchase for a full refund. Due to the nature of the product, CURREX will accept returns even if the product has been cut to the customer’s shoe size, but an inaccurately cut insole by the customer is not eligible for refund.
